3D Orthosis Shock Design

An industrial 3D design project operating at the intersection of engineering and presentation. The orthosis shock component was modelled from technical specifications provided by the client — a Belgium-based prosthetics and orthotics company — with every joint tolerance, material thickness, surface finish, and mechanical interface requiring precise translation from documentation into rendered form. The project demanded both modelling discipline and an eye for the presentation qualities that allow a technical object to communicate its own integrity. Final deliverables included multi-angle renders suitable for client approval and downstream production documentation.
